How to use the portal
Short answers to the question “what do I click”: where to start, the usual jobs step by step, and what to do when it does not work.
You are not signed in, so the guest and parent parts are open here — the ones that will become your own experience. The rest open after you sign in, each to its own reader.
Guest
There is no separate guest account any more: from the first sign-in the family sees the same cabinet as the school's parents — children, lessons, account, messages, school, settings. At the top of the home screen, until the family becomes a member, stands the path card: request → trial → membership → enrolment, with the consents. The family becomes a member by itself with the first annual fee (or at enrolment); until then only other families' children, other families' photos and the parents' chats are closed — writing to the school and the teacher works right away.
Sections of the cabinet
| Menu section | What is in it |
|---|---|
| Children | The home screen: your children's cards and, until the family becomes a member, the path card — request → trial → membership → enrolment — with the consents. |
| Lessons | Three tabs: the coming Sundays and reporting an absence, booking a trial or a paid place with the price, the whole school's Sunday grid with your children in the cells. |
| Account | The family account: the balance, the account movements, a top-up by bank transfer or MobilePay, the payment history; “How the family account works” is here too. |
| Messages | The chat with the school and the group's teacher — works right away; the “📎” button next to the field attaches a photo. The parents' chats open after the membership fee — 250 kr per child per school year; after the trial the cabinet itself shows the “Membership” step with the amount and a button to the account. |
| School | The events board and the year's calendar — right away; classmates and other families' photos — after the first fee. |
| Settings | Language, your own details and the consents. |
When something does not work
- No children on the home screen. The administrator adds the child to the school's records — write in “Messages” and you will be booked for a trial; after that a trial or a paid place is booked by you from “Lessons”.
- No classmates or photos in “School”. Until the first annual fee, other families' children, photos and the parents' chats are closed. The fee is charged from the account at the first top-up — after it everything opens by itself.
- A trial is booked but you want to move it. “Lessons” → “Sunday grid”: in the lesson's cell the child has buttons to move or cancel the booking.
Parent
The parent account answers four questions: what happened at the lesson, when the next one is, how much we owe, and how to sign the child up for more. Everything else stands around those four.
Where to start
- Open the home screen. It is also “Children”: a card for each child, the next lesson and everything that has piled up during the week.
- Click the child. Inside are “Teacher's notes”, “Attendance” for the last 10 Sundays, “Lesson photos” and “Classmates”. The group's materials and the button for the child's games are there too: they have no menu items of their own any more.
- Look into “Settings”. That is where you decide what other families can see about you, and that is where photo consent is withdrawn.
The usual jobs
Find out what happened at the lesson
- Home screen, the child's card.
- “Teacher's notes” is what the teacher wrote about your child in particular. Every new note also arrives as a notification.
- “Attendance” shows the last 10 Sundays: green for present, yellow for notified, red for missed.
- The topic of the lesson and what was handed out to the group live on the child's card, in the “Materials” block; when there are many, a link opens the full list.
Report an absence in advance
- The menu item “Lessons”, the tab “Our Sundays”. It shows the three coming Sundays — you cannot warn further ahead than that.
- There are two buttons and they are different things. EVERY lesson has its own button that drops only that lesson. Next to the child's name stands the button that marks the whole day at once.
- A small grey “i” next to both explains how the money is counted: warn the day before or earlier and the lesson costs 10% of the price; warn on the day of the lesson or later and it is paid in full.
- The button itself is not locked by time — you may press it on the day too. The deadline only changes the money.
- A marked lesson gets the chip “Teacher notified ✓” at once. The same chip next to the child's name lights up when every lesson of that day is marked.
- The account answers who was told: the administration and every adult of every affected lesson, with the counts of lessons and teachers. You do not have to chase the teachers yourself.
- Changed your mind: the buttons turn into the ones that bring the child back, and everybody is told again.
- The attendance mark in the journal is put by the teacher: your warning reaches them as a notification, not as a line in the journal.
Tell what is paid
- The menu item “Account”. At the top, “Family account” and the “Balance”: money held with the school, charged every Sunday by attendance — the school issues no invoice for the month ahead. Below, “Account movements”: what the number is made of.
- When the balance runs low, a “Top-up needed” panel appears at the top and says how many lessons are covered. Every top-up carries its own mark: paid, pending, awaiting confirmation, or overdue.
- Payment works: MobilePay in the account and the school's bank account, both since 11 September 2026. If you ever see a block saying there is nowhere to pay yet instead of the pay button, it means the portal's payment details are temporarily not set: the amount is still calculated and kept, and it is neither an error nor a debt.
- THE FIRST WAY IS MOBILEPAY, right in the cabinet: the money lands on the account at once and the school does not have to look for it on a statement. A bank transfer is the fallback, for when MobilePay is not available: press to top up, make the transfer, then press the button that says you have paid. The transfer MUST carry a reference: what it is for and the child’s first and last name. The cabinet shows the ready-made line next to the details — copying it into the message field is enough.
- After that the top-up moves to “Bank transfer — awaiting admin confirmation”: the money travels outside the portal and the administrator marks it under Money, against the bank statement.
- Below is “Payment history” — everything that came before.
- “Top up with MobilePay” on the same page: an amount not below the family's threshold and the phone from your profile — you can correct it. The MobilePay page opens with the number already in, and after paying you return to the account with “credited”. The first money that arrives charges the membership fee for each child.
- Above the payment field there are two blocks. “Membership fee for the school year”: a button for each child it has not been charged for yet, and a button for all of them at once. “Pay in advance”: a month, half a year or up to the end of the school year — the amount is calculated from your child's lessons and our price list. Tap it and the amount goes into the payment field; you can still edit it.
- The sum counts the CHOSEN lessons — the ones the child is enrolled in — and changes by itself as soon as the choice changes. Bookings left as trials after a trial lesson are not in the sum but are named on a line of their own: if the child attends them, the school charges the full price. Not continuing — press “Not continuing” at that lesson in “Schedule”.
- This is an upper estimate: that is what it costs if the child attends every lesson of the term. A miss announced before midnight the day before costs 10% of the price, a lesson cancelled by the school costs nothing, and unspent money stays on the account. The price of a lesson does not depend on the term — paying ahead just saves you topping up every month.
Sign the child up for a group
- The menu item “Lessons”, the tab “Enrol”, is the catalogue of the school's Sunday groups. Further down the same tab are the courses, and that is something else: a course with dates and a price for the whole course.
- Every group card carries the price of YOUR child, not of the group on its own: the line with their name says what the whole of their set of lessons comes to this month.
- On a suitable group press the button that signs a child up; if the group is full, the button offers the waiting list. With several children a small window asks which one.
- The child does not join the group straight away: the request goes to the administrator and to the teacher of that group, and either of them can confirm it.
Book a trial and pick the day
- “Lessons” → “Enrol”, the block “Trial lesson · name” above the catalogue. It is there for every child of the family.
- The first lesson of every subject is free. Each lesson has its own list of Sundays — choose the day you will come and press the button that books the trial.
- The list holds only the Sundays on which the lesson really runs: holidays, cancelled days and dates already past are not in it.
- The teacher will expect the child on that very day. Changed your mind: pick another day and press the button that moves the trial.
- If you cannot come at all, press “We cannot come — cancel the booking” on the same line: the teacher and the administration are notified, and the free trial stays with the child. Only a trial that has not yet taken place can be cancelled this way.
Tick the child's lessons — and see the price first
- “Lessons” → “Enrol”, the block of the child's lessons: the ticks say which lessons they go to.
- The price window has “Starting from which Sunday”: the family picks the first paid day among the next eight Sundays, and the price is recalculated for it. Nothing is charged before that day.
- A PAID place is never created silently. On the first press the account shows a window saying that the lesson is paid, and names the sum: what the family comes to this month and what it is made of.
- The place appears only after the green button that confirms that price. The pale button next to it changes nothing.
- A paid place can be removed by you on ANY day — but only with words: the account opens a «Cancelling the booking» window and asks for a reason, a couple of words is enough. Without a reason the button does nothing. The administration and the lesson's teacher get the reason at once — it tells the school whether to expect your child again — and it stays in the school journal. If you cancel ON THE DAY OF THE LESSON, the answer says so: the school charges for today's lesson by fact, and if the child was there today the administration counts that day. The «cannot come» mark is late on the day of the lesson too — it leaves 10% of the price only when set the day before. A place can also be removed from the Sunday grid: an enrolled child's cell now has its own button. A trial place is removed with its own button, on the trial row itself.
- At the bottom of the block stands the sum in words and a reminder that only teaching Sundays are counted: there is nothing to pay for during the holidays.
Sign the child up for a course
- The same “Enrol” tab, below the catalogue of groups: the courses of the year, with dates.
- A course is not a lesson: it has a start and an end, and it is paid for as a whole, as a separate line on the invoice. The price is set by the teacher.
- The button with the child's name signs them up IMMEDIATELY — there is no administrator's approval here. Changed your mind: the same button takes the child off the course.
- The conditions stand on the card itself: payment for the whole course, no refund if the child leaves, and full refund if the school cancels. The second-child discount does not apply to courses.
Choose what others can see
- “Settings”, the card about who can see you.
- Closed by default. Three levels: only the people you actually meet, everyone in the cabinet, or school staff only.
- Separate tick boxes cover the phone number, the e-mail, the words about yourself and the fact that you have children at the school.
- Nothing is applied until you press the button that saves the privacy settings.
- Staff always see your contacts: otherwise nobody could reach you about your child.
Look at the classmates
- The home screen “Children”, the child's card, the last block — “Classmates”.
- A row holds the name, the age and the groups shared with your child. Your own child carries the words that say so.
- There is no family surname there and no button on the card to write to the parent: contact with another family goes through the school — write in “Messages”. Classmates across all groups, with messaging, live under “School”, the “Community” tab.
Withdraw consent to photographs
- “Settings”, the card with your consents.
- The line “Photos and videos of the child” stands SEPARATELY FOR EACH CHILD and switches with one press: the chip on the right turns to “Withdrawn”.
- After that the teacher can no longer attach a photograph of that child — the portal refuses, and the journal shows a “no photo” mark.
- Consent to data processing cannot be withdrawn this way: it is required for lessons, and the portal will ask you to talk to the administrator.
- The birthday shown to classmates is a separate consent and lives in the child's own card.
- Below it sits «Show the child's photo», and that is a DIFFERENT consent: the school may add a photograph to the child, and by default only the school and your own family see it. Turn the line on and the rest of the cabinet sees it too; turn it off and they stop seeing it at once.
What it costs
- School lessons, month by month. One lesson on a Sunday — 90 kr per lesson. Two lessons or more — 80 kr for each.
- Half a year and a year are cheaper. One lesson — 80 kr per lesson, two or more — 75 kr for each.
- The mini-kindergarten, ages 3–5. 250 kr per Sunday: 1000 kr in a month with four Sundays, 1250 kr in a month with five. During the holidays there is no nursery, and those Sundays are not paid for. Per child; the payment period does not change that price. Charged at the start of the month.
- The second child of the family and every child after. Minus 10% of the lessons. The annual fee and the courses are not discounted.
- An absence reported before midnight the day before. The lesson costs 10% of the price. Not reported — paid in full.
- The membership fee. 250 kr per child per school year (September–August), taken from the family account as a separate line. It is paid in full whenever the child starts.
- The wallet. When less than 500 kr is left on it, the account asks you to top it up — by 500 kr. If a child attends the mini-kindergarten, both the threshold and the top-up are 1000 kr. A family's first payment is at least 1250 kr: 1000 kr for lessons and the 250 kr annual fee.
- Only teaching Sundays are counted: there are no lessons during the holidays and nothing to pay for them.
The parts of the account
| Menu item | What is inside |
|---|---|
| Children | The home screen: a card for each child — the teacher's notes, attendance, photos, classmates, the group's materials and the button for the child's games. Below it: your Sunday, the account and the trials. Once a trial has taken place you decide right here: “Continue” — a paid enrolment with the price and a chosen first Sunday, or “Not continuing” with a comment — the booking is removed and nothing is charged for it. |
| Lessons | Three tabs. “Our Sundays” — the three coming Sundays and the buttons that report an absence. “Enrol” — the catalogue of groups with your child's price, a trial with a chosen day, the child's lessons, and the courses with dates. “Sunday grid” — the whole school by rooms and bells, as the administration sees it, and your children in every cell: book a trial, move or cancel it, and after the trial enrol for paid lessons with a chosen first Sunday. |
| Account | The family account: the balance, the account movements, a top-up via MobilePay (we ask for this one first: no less than the family's threshold; the money lands on the account right after payment) or by bank transfer with a reference saying what it is for and the child's first and last name, and the payment history. |
| Messages | Chats with the school and the teachers. Every family always has a chat with the school administration — that is the place for a request or a question; you do not have to look for it, it stands in the list by itself. Its name is written in Russian, like the rest of the staff screens. To write to a teacher or another parent, use the «People» button. The group chat is in the “My class” folder: the parents of the group's children and the teachers of its lessons; the teacher posts what to bring and attaches files, parents write in words. |
| School | Three tabs. “Events” — the school's events and the sign-ups for them. “Calendar” — teaching Sundays, holidays and events of the year. “Community” — your children's classmates by group, whom you may write to, a review of the school, blocks, and a complaint if something went wrong. |
| Settings | What other families see about you, the consents and the language. |
When it does not work
- A classmate shows only “Name S.” That is by design: the school does not show families each other's surnames or contacts. You may still write — with the button in the row; if you would rather not, block the person in the same place, under “School” on the “Community” tab.
- There is no “We can't come” button. Then the child has no lesson that Sunday: no group, a holiday, or you have already warned.
- Teacher's notes are empty. “First notes will appear after the first lesson” — that is not a fault.
- You are waiting for the month's invoice. There will be none: the school issues no invoice ahead, it charges the family account every Sunday by attendance. What was charged and for what is under “Account”, in “Account movements”.
- You topped up and it says it awaits confirmation. That is how it should be: the money reaches the school's bank account outside the portal and the administrator marks it under Money.
- You do not see the “Top up with MobilePay” button. The school's MobilePay has been working since 11 September 2026, and the button is on the “Account” page. If you cannot find it, reload the page and check that you are on “Account”; if it is still missing, write to the administrator — meanwhile you can top up by bank transfer using the details on the same page.
- A sign-up request is still hanging. It is handled by the administrator and the group's teacher; write to them in “Messages” if the answer takes too long.
- A child must be added or removed. You cannot do it yourself: “Settings” has a request for it, and the child appears once the administrator confirms.
