The school's members' area — from the inside

Our Sunday school has something you rarely find: a portal of its own. A community with an internal chat, a family account instead of paper invoices, a card for every child and every adult in the family. See what it looks like before you sign up.

The group chat and the chat with the school live inside the portal. Nothing gets lost in phone threads.

The school's internal chat

The parents of one group, the teacher and the administration in one place — without a general messenger where files and phone numbers get lost. Every family always has an «Administration» chat: you never have to work out whom to write to. Other families' surnames and contacts are not shown — you can write to them, but nobody walks around with a list of the parents.

This is a demonstration, not live data: the names and the amounts are made up for the example. Real children's names, chats and balances are visible to no one but the family itself and the school.

Why this is our own thing

The school built the portal itselfThis is not a boxed product «for clubs» but a system for our Sunday school in particular: lessons on Sundays, the Danish holiday calendar, three languages, a mini-garden with its own price.
A parent has to remember nothingYou do not have to keep in your head how many lessons the month held and who owes whom. The portal counts it, and the person just reads.
Three languages, honestlyBoth the site and the members' area speak Russian, Danish and English. Not a machine translation laid over Russian, but three real versions.
Children's data stays in EuropeThe server and the database are in the EU, encrypted nightly copies, separate GDPR consents. The child has no account at all.
