Terms of sale

These terms exist in Danish, Russian and English. If the versions differ, the Danish one prevails: the contract is made with a consumer in Denmark and under Danish law.

Buyer: the parent or legal guardian who enrols the child.

• The first lesson is free.
• Lessons take place on Sundays at Sluseholmen Skole, Ved Stigbordene 26, 2450 København SV.
• The child's schedule, attendance, invoices and contact with the teacher are in the parent portal.
• There are no lessons during the school holidays and they are not charged for: the monthly amount is based on the number of teaching Sundays in that month.

School 6–18 — The price in the table is for one single lesson — not per month.

• Mini-kindergarten 3–5 — groups of up to 20 children. 250 kr per Sunday: 1000 kr a month when the month has four Sundays and 1250 kr when it has five. During the holidays there is no mini-kindergarten, and those Sundays do not count. No discount for a longer payment period.
• A second and each further child — −10% of the amount.
• The monthly amount depends on how many teaching Sundays there are: during the holidays there are no lessons and you don't pay for them.
• The smallest unit of payment is a month: a single lesson cannot be bought separately. All prices are in Danish kroner.

• The invoice is issued around the 20th of the month for the following month and appears in the portal. It is due on the 1st of the month the invoice covers.
• Payment is made by bank transfer to the account details shown on the invoice, or with MobilePay.
• An unpaid invoice is a debt, not an exclusion: the child keeps their place and nobody is removed from a group automatically. The administrator sees the debt and the school contacts the family.

The contract is made at a distance — through the site or the portal — so you have 14 days to withdraw from it without giving a reason. The period runs from the day the contract is made. To withdraw, write to info@deti.dk: an unambiguous message is enough.

The law allows an exception for leisure activities with a set date (fritidsaktiviteter med fastsat dato). We do not rely on that exception: the 14 days apply. If the lessons started at your own request before the period ended, we keep the payment for the lessons already given and refund the rest.

• You can stop the lessons at any time. Tell us before the end of the current month — then the following month is not invoiced.
• Notice is given by e-mail to info@deti.dk or as a message in the portal.
• An invoice that has already been issued is not changed retroactively and remains payable.

The annual contribution of 250 kr per child is not refunded.

It pays for access to the school community for the school year, not for lessons: it does not depend on how many lessons the child attended, and it is neither recalculated nor refunded if you stop. The sibling discount does not apply to it.

A course price covers the whole course — not a month and not a single lesson. The course runs from date to date, and those dates are stated in the course description.

Payment for a course is not refunded. If the child misses lessons or leaves in the middle of the course, the payment is neither recalculated nor refunded: the place on the course is still theirs, the teacher works, and the course runs.

If the school or the teacher cancels the course, the payment is refunded in full — no matter how much of the course has already run. The school does not count the share completed: an unfinished course is worth nothing. The money is returned even to a family that no longer attends the school.

The sibling discount does not apply to courses — a course costs the same for the first child as for the fifth.

If a lesson is cancelled, or the teacher is ill and no substitute is found, you do not pay for it: its price is deducted as a separate line on the next invoice. An invoice already issued is not changed retroactively — corrections always go forward.

The deduction for a lesson the school has cancelled is calculated from how many of your family's children are paying for lessons ON THE DAY OF THE REFUND, not on the day the invoice was issued. If another paying child has joined the family by then, the deduction comes out smaller than what you paid for that lesson — by exactly the sibling discount: 10% of the lesson price, rounded to whole kroner. If there are fewer paying children, the deduction comes out larger by the same amount.

The contract is governed by Danish law and disputes are heard by the Danish courts.
