• When you request a trial lesson: name, phone, e-mail, child's age and preferred time.
• On enrolment: the child's name and date of birth, group, the health and safety details you provide (allergies, emergency contact, who collects the child), parents' contact details.
• During classes: attendance, teacher's notes, invoices and payments, messages in the portal.
• Photos from lessons — only if you gave photo consent; it can be withdrawn at any time.

To run the classes, contact you, keep the schedule and attendance, issue invoices and meet bookkeeping requirements. We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising.

Database: Supabase, servers in Ireland (EU). Website and portal: Vercel, Stockholm region (EU). E-mail: simply.com, Denmark. Data does not leave the European Economic Area.

• Trial requests that do not lead to enrolment: 6 months, then deleted.
• Pupil records: while the child attends and for one year afterwards.
• Invoices and payments: 5 years — required by Danish bookkeeping law (bogføringsloven).
• Photos: until consent is withdrawn; then removed from galleries and albums.

We process data about minors and treat it more strictly: only the child's own family, their group's teacher and the school administration have access. Other parents cannot see it. Files containing personal data are kept in private storage and served through temporary links only.

We use no analytics, advertising pixels or trackers. The site sets only essential cookies: your chosen language and, if you are signed in, your session. That is why there is no cookie banner: without these the site does not work.

You may obtain a copy of your and your child's data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing and withdraw any consent. Some of this is available in the portal: contact details, child's data and photo consent. For anything else write to info@deti.dk — we reply within 30 days.

If you believe we handle data incorrectly, tell us and we will put it right. You may also complain to the Danish supervisory authority Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
